Shipping Delays Update March 2026
We want to provide a quick update regarding some recent Night Operators orders.
Due to a recent increase in export inspections for optical and thermal equipment leaving Asia and a recent stockout of our new warehouse, shipments across the industry are currently experiencing slower processing times at export hubs.
For that reason, we are putting our stock on PRE-ORDER only until further notice.
To ensure packages move smoothly through customs and arrive safely to customers, our logistics partners are temporarily releasing shipments in controlled batches rather than sending all orders at once.
What This Means For Existing Orders
• Your order is secured and reserved in our current shipment batch
• Orders are currently clearing export processing
• Once your unit clears export inspection, tracking information will automatically be sent to you
Most shipments are expected to begin moving within the next 7–23 business days.
We understand delays can be frustrating and we truly appreciate your patience while this temporary logistics bottleneck is resolved.

Why Are Export Inspections Happening?
Thermal and night vision equipment are categorized as specialized optical devices, which means they occasionally undergo additional export inspection procedures depending on logistics routes and regulatory checks.
This process is temporary and occurs periodically within the global shipping network.
Our team is actively working with logistics partners to ensure orders clear as quickly as possible.
